We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our Services. This may include:

• Email address – collected during account creation or newsletter sign-up.

1.2 App Usage Data

• Mood entries, gratitude logs, and activity data that you voluntarily input.
• App interaction data, such as how often you use features, to improve your experience.

1.3 Device and Technical Data

• Device type, operating system, and crash logs (collected automatically through Firebase or AWS analytics).

We do not collect financial data or personal identifiers such as social security numbers, health conditions, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Personalize your daily system, mood insights, and motivational content.
• Improve app features and user experience.
• Communicate important updates or send newsletters (only if you opt in).
• Ensure account security and prevent fraud.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

3. Data Hosting and Storage

Your data is securely stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Firebase — both compliant with major international security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).

We apply industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data in transit and encrypted databases for data at rest.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our Services or comply with legal obligations.

You may permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly within the MillionVibe mobile app by navigating to Settings → Delete Account.

Once your account is deleted:

• Your personal information (such as email address and profile data)
• Your in-app data (including to-dos, daily tasks and logs)

These items will be deleted from our active systems. Some limited data may be retained for up to 30 days in encrypted backups or system logs for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes. After this period, such data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

During this retention period, retained data is not used for analytics, personalization, marketing, or any other business purposes.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Account deletion: Permanently delete your MillionVibe account at any time from within the app.
• Data deletion: Request deletion of your personal data associated with your account.
• Restriction: Request limitation of processing in certain circumstances.
• Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Data portability: Request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON), where required by applicable law.
• Withdraw consent: Opt out of newsletters or non-essential communications at any time.

5.1 Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You may delete your MillionVibe account at any time by navigating to Settings → Delete Account within the mobile app.

When you delete your account:

• Your account is permanently deactivated
• Your personal information and in-app data (including to-dos, daily tasks and logs) are deleted from our active databases
• This action is irreversible and cannot be undone

Some limited data may remain in encrypted backups or system logs for up to 30 days for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes. After this period, all retained data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

Please note: Account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. When an account is deleted, the complete history and all saved sessions are deleted.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use limited cookies and analytics to understand traffic and usage patterns. Cookies are not used to track individuals across websites or for advertising purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms (AWS, Firebase, Google Analytics) for hosting and analytics. These providers comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA).

We do not share mood logs, journal entries, or private data with these services beyond what's necessary for app performance.

8. Data Security

We follow strict security protocols including:

• Data encryption (in transit and at rest)
• Firewalls and secure access management
• Regular vulnerability reviews

While we do our best to protect your information, no system is 100% secure. You use MillionVibe at your own risk.

9. Children's Privacy

MillionVibe is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a child's data was submitted, we will delete it immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your country. By using MillionVibe, you consent to such transfers under applicable data protection laws.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect product changes or legal updates. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" and notify users in the app or via email.
